Personal data is processed when you voluntarily contact Lluna Blanca by email, phone or WhatsApp, to address enquiries, respond to messages, arrange appointments or requested services and maintain related communications. Processing relies on your consent when contacting us voluntarily and on pre-contractual or contractual steps when your enquiry concerns a service.
